Walkthrough

Steps

Travel to the west coastline of Aetherscar . Even though quest journal does not reference her, speak to Badalsonu FIRST, then with Kalisonu. Receive Kalisonu's Beacon.

note: neither NPC will have book or quest feather.

Return to Khat-Ra Pakiat and speak to her. She will offer to teleport you to the meeting area, when you are ready.
Place the beacon at and listen to the conversation.
Speak to Khat-Ra Pakiat after returning to the Plane of Magic.
