I helped Khazla Aradir, a member of The Dar Khura I met at Shar Vahl's Grawleh Beach, by disposing of some diseased pike from their fishing waters.
Khazla's communing ceremony, to ask the spirits what the ailment may be, requires some items gathered from the Shar Vahl lagoon.

I touched the sacred manta spirit!
The sacred manta spirit flew off, gliding above the waves of the Shar Vahl lagoon, out past Fisher's Tail Isle.

Done: A diseased fish has attacked!
Kill the attacking diseased pike
Kill any more diseased pike in waters
The sacred manta spirit led me to some diseased pike within the Shar Vahl lagoon. Hopefully, removing the diseased fish from the waters has stopped the disease from spreading further.
