Now that I have returned to him with Venril's phylactery he feels success is near, but he does not have the ability to destroy such a powerful item. The Synod Reet Enchanter, Glowwp, should know what to do to destroy it!
I helped Enchanter Glowwp by obtaining reagents that he can use to remove the protection spell from Venril's phylactery.
