Walkthrough

Watchman Plarg asks you to kill 5 spiders, 5 coyotes, and 5 mountain lions (any type in any order will do). I did receive credit on the spiders for killing yellow recluse spiderlings.

After killing everything that is asked, you need to return to Watchman Plarg for your reward. This opens up the "Conflict among the Kobolds" quest.
