1. Note for lower level adventurers: Take Wizard Spires or Druid Ring to Kylong Plains, which takes you directly to Teren's Grasp without having to complete the Sokokar flight questlline.
Speak to Xhary standing near Raffik at
Craft Charm of Expertise from the Charm of Expertise recipe given.
