Quest text

The transcripts of this volume speak only of the witnesses called to testify at the trial of Kane Bayle, Captain of Qeynos' City Guard. The allegations were very serious -- that Captain Bayle deliberately caused the Qeynos' army to be spread so thinly as to weaken it during the War of Plagues.

Completion

Clearly, there are two sides to the story. The outcome is known by the history books -- Kane Bayle, stripped of his title and lands, was executed together with the remaining (living) members of the Bloodsabers. He was buried without ceremony in the old Bayle family burial crypt beneath Qeynos.
