Slay Samiel outfitters in the Sinking Sands for 8 uncommon updates.
Read a Samiel outfitter note from your inventory.
Atop of Brigand's Boneyard (climb point at ) slay the group of Samiel plunder guards. Note: You may have to actually climb the wall to get the guards to spawn. Just landing on top of the rock on a flying mount won't trigger it.
Inspect the crate labeled 'Far Sands cargo' to receive a crate, Far Sands cargo.
Return to Barter Lord Tum Jal'Daris.
