Walkthrough

Steps

Travel to the Phantom Sea. For level 25 it's Thundering Steppes. (This is a scaling quest, repeatable, and only up till expansion release.)

Fly to the Grim Shales island (the far top right one) and defeat 10 arcane runestones.

For level 96 it is Withered Lands, Tears of Tunare, near loc

Defeat ten (10) a marsh elemental.

Return to Ziyaad Al'Majid in Teren's Grasp.
