This quest gives access to Firemyst Gully.

It is given by Ignar Steadirt at the Claymore Monument in Antonica at -440,2,550 .

Can be found around -1461, -6, 453 . These are all grouped and are level 16-19. So you're going to need a group for this step.

Can be found around -1607,0,607 . Same rules apply as to the Sabertooth runecasters.

Return to Ignar Steadirt once again.
Last but not least you must speak to the dwarf standing outside of Firemyst Gully. He will grant you access to the zone.
