Walkthrough
Charge a power source in Moors of Ykesha, confront Rilgor Plegnog, destroy clockwork portals across Norrath, and receive the Shining Metallic Robe heritage reward via mail.
How to start
Talk to a time-locked enchantress in A Clockwork Apocalypse after completing The Broken Pen to begin this heritage quest.

Steps
1. Speak to Gabblin Bittlegrip
Go to Moors of Ykesha Dropship Landing Zone and talk to Gabblin Bittlegrip.

2. Charge the power source at the Obelisk of Ahkzul
Take the balloon to Brokenskull Rock and use the uncharged power source near the zone in to charge it. Fly through the hole in the cave ceiling and land under the void funnel.

3. Return to Gabblin
Return to Gabblin Bittlegrip after charging the power source.

4. Enter Rilgor Plegnog's Chambers
Click the portal Gabblin creates to zone your entire group into Rilgor Plegnog's Chambers.

5. Hail and kill Rilgor Plegnog
Hail Rilgor Plegnog — at the end of the dialog he turns into an 82^^^ heroic aggro mob. Kill him.
- Killing Rilgor causes a 2-day 20-hour lockout for everyone.
- Only the first person through the dialogue gets the update — disband and run solo for members who need it.
- Return to Moors via portal at the back of the room.

6. Speak to the time-locked enchantress
Enter A Clockwork Apocalypse in Antonica and speak to a time-locked enchantress.

7. Destroy the Antonica gear portal
Exit to Antonica, then destroy the Antonica gear portal by right- or double-clicking on it.

8. Destroy the Moors of Ykesha gear portal
Destroy the Moors of Ykesha gear portal near Gabblin by right- or double-clicking on it.

9. Use the enchantress's note at a lava pool
Head to Lavastorm and use the note from the enchantress while standing next to any lava pool.

10. Receive the Shining Metallic Robe from mail
In your mailbox, open "Norrathian Express Delivery Service - A Sealed Package" and choose "Receive Gifts" to get the Shining Metallic Robe.

Tips
- Prerequisite: complete The Broken Pen and accept this quest from the enchantress.
- Rilgor fight has a long lockout — only one person should hail him per run.
- Destroy both gear portals (Antonica and Moors) before using the note in Lavastorm.
- The robe arrives via in-game mail, not directly from an NPC.

Quest Text
Unfortunately, the Shining Metallic Robe I found has been damaged and tarnished by centuries of misuse. Apparently, the enchantress's plan is to return the Shining Metallic Robe to her own time, back to where it is supposed to be and hopefully repairing the breach she created. However, with her trapped in the time breach, she cannot do that herself, and has asked that I do it for her. First, I will need to return to Gabblin Bittlegrip in the Moors of Ykesha, and see if he has made any advances in his research.
Completion
I have helped the enchantress repair the time breach, and have set the time continuum back to as it was meant to be. To my surprise, I received a package from the enchantress that was stored for me for over 500 years, which contained the pristine Shining Metallic Robe.
Stages

I must return to the Moors of Ykesha and speak with Gabblin Bittlegrip.

I must enter the portal, and confront Rilgor in the old gnomish city of Ak'Anon.
