Walkthrough

Slay Raschaud Tuthosols outside Riliss in Fens of Nathsar.
Mount Burkmaiir, Raschaud Tuthosols' nearby sokokar, and spread the fermenting agent over Riliss. You do not have to actually perform any action on the sokokar and the quest will update as soon as you land.
Slay Invigilator Warwyn Al'Xi outside Bathezid's Watch.
Mount Zaloga, Invigilator Warwyn Al'Xi's nearby sokokar, and spread the fermenting agent over Bathezid's Watch. You do not have to actually perform any action on the sokokar and the quest will update as soon as you land.
Head to Jaled Dar's Remains and use Scroll: Call of the Plaguebringer to summon Hrath Everstill.
Speak to Hrath Everstill to begin the summoning of Bertoxxulous!
- This is a ring event. The first wave consists of several Priests of Life, followed by two waves of Vindicators of Life, and then finally High Priestess Jahnda.
- If at any point the ring event bugs, either the successive wave not spawning or the quest not updating after killing High Priestess Jahnda, speak with Hrath to force the next wave to spawn. Hrath will despawn after several minutes, so if you have not completed this step in-time, use the scroll to summon him again.
