Examine a shard of lightning to begin this quest. Confirmed to drop from a Kromzek Primicer or a Kromzek Praetorian.

I defeated one of the mighty Kromzek giants in the throne room of King Tormax the Ancient. Upon doing so I came upon a shard of lightning. This may be one of the items that the Ragebourne would like more information about. I am one of the very few who could accomplish such a task.

Slay more Kromzek in the Thorn of Storms and obtain shards of lightning.

I am left with nothing other than mystery and a Velium Shard. My might in the face of the Kromzek Nation however is unmatched.
