Description

"Serris needs me to track down the location of the Seafury Buccaneers' weapon stash. Once I've found the arms, Serris wants me to surreptitiously steal the weapons so they won't find their way into the hands of anyone who could use them against Freeport. Serris will be waiting for me at the dockside taver, the Seafarer's Roost, once I have completed my task." --Everquest II Journal

Find 3 sparkling crates along the docks in East and South Freeport. or (-251.28, -56.07, -73.60)
Find 3 sparkling chests around Champion's Coliseum in West Freeport. or
Find 3 sparkling crates in The Jade Tiger's Den
Enter the Jade Tiger's Den Cellar .
Kill Elly Sharptalon and her two tipsy Buccaneers (outside and around back, click cellar door)
Collect the 3 crates around the room
Speak to Sanura Lithestripe This character can be found in "Armor by Ithkar" in East Freeport
Speak to Serris behind Seafarer's Roost

Conclusion

"I was able to find and then confiscate the Buccaneers' weapon stockpile, but the mission was anything but stealthy. I had to kill several Seafury Buccaneers that interfered with my mission, and a pair of drunkards saw the whole thing and then escaped!" --Everquest II Journal
