This quest is initiated by examining a faded shirt. This item drops on monsters in Enchanted Lands.

The first order of business is to kill 25 sirens in the Enchanted Lands. The solo Mistcallers off shore near the Faeries are probably the easiest to do here.
The next step is to visit Fae Island, which is near the southeast portion of the map, not far from where you are likely killing sirens.
After this you must kill Briarclaw, a named bear in the Enchanted Lands 2.72, 18.65, -214 to get an auto-update.
