Find the entrance to the Sang'Huuu Parliament Chambers in Sanctuary at .
Find a way to access the Sang'Huuu Parliament Chambers by completing the following quests from Jabber Longwind :
- NOTE: If you completed the prerequisite quests before being on this step of Parliamentary Procedures, look for a green sparkly near Jabber to gather.
Enter the Sang'Huuu Parliament Chambers
Speak to Kindellan the Elder and Fullplume the Elder.
Exit the Sang'Huuu Parliament Chambers.
Return to Miranna Ameema.
