One of the Urzarach, Charr, is concerned that the Elder may be falling to the Lost. His erratic behavior and decision making are putting the tribe at risk. He mentioned a four-armed man sighted on the island who skulks at the shadows and whose purpose is unknown. Perhaps this has something to do with the Elder's behaviour?
The four-armed man may have some kind of relationship to the grimlings that have invaded the Isle of Refuge. What that means I'm not sure, but perhaps they command the grimlings. Whatever the case, it seems that they are here to acquire the artifacts that the Far Seas were researching. That does not bode well.
I need to locate evidence of the four-armed man.

I found a relic among the four-armed man's possessions. I bet Clackwhinge can tell me more about it.
See if Overseer Clackwhinge knows anything about this relic
Clackwhinge says that the relic I found on the four-armed man's body was of the same family that was being dug up on the Isle of Refuge. The grimlings and these towering humanoids come from the same plane of existence.
