Quest giver is in "inner" part of Nye'Caelona, use the teleporter in the center of the tower.

Teleporter to Inner Nye'Caelona
Remove wings from 12 stunned frontier riverflies.
- Use the Lightning Wand given to you by Merith Iliqirelle on the frontier riverflies located around .
- The wand can be used before or during combat. Kill the riverfly for the update.
Return to Merith Iliqirelle .
