This quest is given by Jonovan the Young (near the bridge to Commonlands) after you complete the Talisman Lost quest. There are three versions of the quest: levels 21, 24, and 28.
He sends you out to kill 10 spiders, bees, beavers, bats, faeries, dusk darts, wisps, treants, zombies, gargoyles or bears in the Nektulos Forest. The spiders are called Forest Leapers and can be found on the beach near Port Naythex. Bears can be found near Jonovan along the road.
The reward is minor coin and experience. This is a repeatable kill task. After doing this kill task a massive number of times (reported at 27) the "A Wicked Entity in Nektulos" quest will become available.
