Walkthrough

First you need to find some flour. You can find this by examining a clickable item next to the barkeep at Windstalker Village. After obtaining the flour you must examine the Rusty Sword again.
Next you need to find an Etching Tool. This can be found on Coldwind Crewman at the Sunken Ship in Antonica (-375, +1106). It is an auto-updating piece. Once you have it, examine the Rusty Sword again.
the final step is to kill 25 Klicnik Warriors or Klicnik Mites in Antonica. After doing this examine the Rusty Sword again for your reward.
