Steps

Now it's time to raise an army for Anashti Sul. The first stop is to gather her undead friends, and so you are sent off to find a way to speak with the Sul'Dal elves whom remained loyal to her for all these years. Head to and speak with Celistae d'Galdis.
Now, it's time to go hunting spirits! What you are looking for is a mob called "a disembodied Sul'Dal spirit". When you find them, hail them and they will follow you. Locations of the spirits/bodies are as follows: (The spawns for both are all over Sinking Sands, if you can't find spirits at the locations below, just wander around some.)

  - You walk up to a spirit, hail it, it then follows you. Then you go to the locs where the bodies are with a spirit following you and you stand on top of the glowing mist on the ground and you will then get your update. There is a 5-6min spawn interval on the spirits

Once you have all 5 completed, it's time to head to the Obelisk of Lost Souls. Here, you need to collect rift essences from shadowed men, and reality anchors. It's worth noting that the shadowed men you need to kill in order to create the portal to get to the obelisk seem to count. Locations for reality anchors are as follows:
- - Note: if you have entered Obelisk of Lost Souls from Feerrott you can cast escape (or die) to get to caverns where the anchors are.
When you have all of these, return to Plumetor Dul'Sadma in Sinking Sands.
