Steps

Remove 5 icegaze basilisk carcasses from Howling Pass
Place down 4 griffin repelling incense (along ridge above howling pass and on top of wizard tower and on top of bridge pole beside griffin pad)) by clicking on the red sparkles in Howling Pass
return to Carpus
