Heal 6 x a wounded local with Spiritshine's Healing Dram (which you receive when accepting quest). There's several a wounded locals on dock and around Port Woe. Target them and use Spiritshine's Healing Dram from your inventory or quest helper window.
Work with Port Woe locals to earn their trust.
- complete quest Fighting the Biters Back from Kober Botley at and speak with with him again you finished the quest Fighting the Biters Back.
Return to Adris Spiritshine.
Keep working with the Port Woe locals
- Work with more Port Woe locals
  - Complete Leave the Thievin' to Professionals from Gragir Sharpe at the pavilion.
- Work with another Port Woe local
  - Complete the Shelled Sustenance and Case of the Pinched Pickling from Tristyl Ashwood in the trades building.
- Work more with Kober Botley, the dock keeper
  - Complete the first quests Leave the Thievin' to Professionals and Case of the Pinched Pickling to start Takin' From the Forsaken questline from Kober Botley
Return to Adris Spiritshine
Gather 6 of Tristyl's new disguised pickle jars around the Elder hut, the pavilion, trades building, and the dock.

Deposit the disguised pickle jars amongst the kappa huts and Hodan Basho.
