Walkthrough

Connor wants you to use the Fragment of the Eternal Prism that you were given by Lucretia Nasin to attempt to repair the Eternal Prism.

You must attune the fragment by completing quests and then using the fragment to attune it:

Disrupt the Wizardry in Miragul's Phylactery: Scion of Ice
Necromantic Neverwhere in Miragul's Phylactery: The Anathema
Stifle the Sentience in Miragul's Phylactery: The Crucible

Use the box at -251, -6, -382 next to Lucretia, then use the fragment of the Eternal Prism you get from it.
