Walkthrough

Steps

Speak to a Gigglegibber goblin:
Go to the Enchanted Lands and click on the sewer cover under the docks to be transported to The Gigglegibber Hideout (Frostfell).
Speak with The Gigglegibber King and complete the subquest, Unlocking the Elfin Lord.
Return to Pinchy Presentpeeler and complete the subquest, Removing The Grump.
