I certainly didn't expect the spire portal to transport me to Grieg's Spire in The Blinding on Luclin, but it seems someone did! Dworel Norkhitter, a member of an envoy, sent by the Convocation of Cataclysm Sages was waiting for my arrival.
I hadn't expected to be transported to Grieg's Spire in The Blinding on Luclin, but the Convocation of Cataclysm Sages of Recuso Tor had! Doomsayer Adarius had seen it in a vision. I'm hoping he might have also had some visions pertaining to Luclin and the shissar.
According to Dworel I must prove I am the Querent of Ruin by obtaining six shadelink chains from the Shadowed spectres that haunt Mons Letalis in The Blinding.
