Steps

The Mark

Enter a Maj'Dul Residence.
Kill everything in the instance.
Right-click on the Mark and select "Kidnap Hostage".
As you move towards the exit a Maj'Dul patrician appears; kill him.
Return to any Tears grifter for your reward.
