Steps

Speak to Jeremy at
Gather the latest recordings from 5 Daar sentinels on Daarspire:
- Use the Sonic Tranquilizer (Item) to pacify a Daar sentinel, then right click it and choose "Remove Recordings".
Return to Jeremy.
Assemble the recordings into a report book. The recipe is "Recording Transcript Record Book" and requires 5 Effulgent Incense and 2 rhenium ore at an Engraved Desk.
Deliver the report to Ethan.
