Upon accepting the quest Andreas dies. Click his body to try to revive him, only instead of reviving him you get pulled into Arcanum Visualization zone where he is held in a swirl of light.
Search the Arcanum Visualization for what it has to reveal - kill 3 dragons' echoes.
Inspect Vrakorr Rune Claw in the middle
Defeat The Wielder, who spawns.
Try to revive Andreas again (this zones you out of Arcanum Visualization)
Speak to Andreas back in Antonica
