This used to be the second to last in a long line of quests from Sir Valinayle at the entrance of Stormhold. (see related quests). It now appears that this quest has been refined and much simpler allowing you to get to this step more quickly.
You must slay Lord Gydak in Stormhold. He is a level 23-28 and can spawn near bone chair or on level 4 past the jail. (+97.22, -62.55, -53.56)
