Walkthrough

Daria sometimes does not have a quest feather, however, hailing her allows one to proceed through her dialog and receive the five scrying stones.

Speak to Daria. She is at the right side of N'Marr's Ascent, in a small camp at the base of the cliff.
Daria will tell you about scrying stones, and will give you 5 of them to start you off. You don't have to do anything with them for this quest.
Return to Torq as he has a feather to continue the quest.
Return to Daria.
Return to Torq for your reward.
