Walkthrough

Speak to Miyau at -783, -343, 2801 within Ry'Gorr Keep in the Eastern Wastes.

Speak to a Ry'Gorr guard next to Miyau's cage. He mentions that he's so hungry, he could eat a little mammoth.
Head southwest from the keep and find a woolly mammoth calf around -133, -363, 3216 . Kill one and loot Mammoth Calf Meat from its body.
Return to the guard and speak to him to give him the meat.
Hail Miyau and take him to Nipik's Haven, southeast of Ry'Gorr Keep at -1205, -536, 3443 .
Speak to Miyau to complete the quest.

Southeast of Miyau is Piep, who will now offer the quest Pup Defender.
