Walkthrough

Enter Solusek's Eye and go to Ledge of Molten Flame.
- Navigating Solusek's Eye is a challenge in it of itself. See the dungeon page for help.
- If you have slow fall, jump down the giant hole on the first level. It will take you to the lowest level. Make sure to steer and land on the last walkway, because if you reach the actual bottom where the wrecked expedition ship lies, you will die.
Find and cross invisible path over the lava. .
- The path lights up when you move and disappears when you stand still. The path is straight, so do not fear falling off because of a turn once you're on it. The path can most easily be seen with graphic settings at Balanced or higher.
WARNING: READ BEFORE CONTINUING TO NEXT STEP: If you hail OR kill Spirit of Ro before it's done speaking, you will have to delete the quest and start over. The shrine does not reappear after relogging or rezoning unless you are on a fresh quest.
- Update 10/1/2013 - The Spirit of Ro would not respond to a hail and did not speak. Killing it updated the quest. The mob was grey and may be a factor.
- Update 6/7/2026 - The Spirit of Ro was not aggro. The Shrine was there. I prayed and the Spirit did not attack until several moments of waiting had passed. It is a quest mob and it can be killed for the update after praying.
Pray at the Shrine of Ro.
Spirit of Ro will spawn and begin floating toward you. Wait for it to finish speaking (without hailing it) and then kill it.
Return to Civean in Butcherblock Mountains.
