Walkthrough

Collect the following items from the Enlightenment Aviary, the floor above where the quest starter is.
- Inanimate rubble (ground spawn).
- Invoker scroll, auto-update from killing a Bloodscale invoker - part of the ring event to summon the green dragon.
- Animating powder (ground spawn).
Use A Defensive Summoning Scroll from your inventory. This summons a weak animated barrier, level 10vvv.
Bring the information to Gaer Torrent in The Barren Sky on The Whisperwind Isle, near the teleporter to Norrath.
