I found a tome entitled, "Origins of Wind," in the Great Library of Myrist. It details much of Eryslai, the Kingdom of Wind's environs, but seems to lack anything of substance regarding the plane's inhabitants. I'll have to learn through experience, then, and try not to get blown over a cliff in the process.
