Find and click 3 sickened citizens:
Speak to Sneel
Search for ratonga behaving strangely in South Freeport. This is a group of crazed ratonga (3 double downs, grouped) , near the Tier 1 guild hall. Kill them. (NOTE: Before I got the update to be able to open the door, I had to move away and then return to the door. The group respawned and I killed them again. Then I got the update and was able to open the door to the hidden room.)
Click the door to enter the Hideout of the Roekillik
Kill 2 roekillik infiltrators (one down, grouped)
Speak to Sneel in North Freeport
