Ghaunatar Trearn believes that the spiders of Funnelweb Depths are in a period of rapid growth and will soon begin spreading throughout the Darklight Wood. To stop this, Ghaunatar Trearn believes that the spider queen, Zerilia, must be slain. I can find her in the Funnelweb Depths.
