Steps

Zaddar attempts to start the ritual but fails.
Speak with Custodian Zaddar Sullissia again.
Examine the door of the tomb of Sir Haligan . Select "Remove the wedge" in the pop-up dialogue window.
Return to Custodian Zaddar Sullissia.
