Head into the western lower level of the Tizmak Caves
Along the hallway are several crystals, such as the one at -244,-395,-244 , sticking out of the ground. Click on them for an update. Sometimes a crystalline predator (90) will attack you instead, which will not update the quest. Crystal locations:

-244,-395,-244
-223,-397,-224
-235,-397,-220
-223,-401,-193
-240,-402,-189

If you are KOS to the tizmaks, you'll want to clear them from the area first. Their aggro range is fairly large.
