This quest is given by Captain Ista in the Commonlands. (at tower just south of Sprawl Gate, -1321.49, -52.05, +582.48)

All that you must do is kill The Gobbler.
He is a level 33 Group x 2 ^^^ mob in Gobblerock's Hideout.

You have to complete the The Sewer It Key access quest to enter Gobblerock's Hideout.

After killing him return to the quest giver and you will receive your choice of weapons.
