I defeated an attacking creature within The Unknown, and it dropped a grotesque tome, bound in what looked like gem-stones, of no uniform shape. The book is just many blank pages, except for a few locations scrawled in pen. I feel as though I should investigate.
The locations scrawled in this tome led me to places where I discovered strange floating objects within The Unknown. These objects appear to be conveying some form of message that was barely understandable to me. I was drawn to slay enemies of the objects with extreme prejudice. It appears that these objects are teaching some form of the tenets of Cthurath, the Consumer.
I feel compelled to search for these locations.
