I happened upon an Allyrian known as Hetii, who seemed to be quite shaken by her encounter with a strange stoneripper she saw in Esoterra Gardens. She claims that her magic could not affect it in any way, and was forced to flee from it. I've faced down some of the most dangerous creatures Norrath has to offer, so I'll see if there's something I can do to put the beast down for good.
I managed to locate the stoneripper, and to my surprise, I could not do any damage to it whatsoever. However, I surmised that its strength must also be its weakness - the power that made it invulnerable must have come from the plane, and thus, must be the thing that breaks it. I found the pieces of a strange flute that plays magically empowered tones higher than anything I could have made, and that made cracks in the otherwise unbreakable shell of the beast. With that done, I was able to finally take down the creature.
I should search Esoterra Gardens for this 'invincible' stoneripper that Hetii mentioned, and see if I can put it down.
Confront the strange stoneripper, and find a way to defeat it!
It cannot be damaged! Retreat and return to Hetii!
It seems that Hetii was right - the beast cannot be damaged. But there must be a way to put it down...
We might have a plan to defeat the creature. Hopefully this will work.
Collect burning ore from the Aetherscar
Return the ore to Hetii
Confront the stoneripper once more, with the flute.
Return to Hetii
The creature is finally defeated.
