Steps

Speak to Grand Master Lu Sun at the Camp of the Legendary Wu in The Lesser Faydark at . You will be given a poison antidote.
Go back to that same provisioner tent from the last quest (with the 3 barrels ) and right click each one and select pour antidote to update the quest.
Return to Grand Master Lu Sun for your reward.
