Steps

Search for Kromzek signs
- travel up and east to click on "Dead Kromzek" at
- The W.H.A.T. V2 can be used to get there and to collect the Dead Kromzek.
  
  Dead Kromzek
Find the following (NOTE: the Rune Focusing Powder can be collected AFTER the Elemental Draconic Runes. This will save you travel time, especially if you are using the W.H.A.T. V2)
1. - Find Rune Focusing Powder
    - Small sparkly bottle closer to water in area around or , Harvest Tracking works for these. If you don't see it right off, try harvesting some of the Elemental Draconic Rune in this immediate area. It will pop.
    - Note: this is the area on the map that shows up as blue and is below where the "Dead Kromzek" was located. The waypoint will lead you astray until you drop down to the water and ice area underneath.
    - Use W.H.A.T V2 if needed, lots of aggro mobs around there.
  - Find 17 x Elemental Draconic Rune
    - they can be anywhere on the island, glowing orange shinies visible from afar, Harvest Tracking works for these
    - Use your W.H.A.T V2 if needed to avoid aggro
    - Possible locations include:

      - ,
        Walking from the location of the Kromzek overland via the ramp down to charnel scar gave me all 17 shinies needed. Note that they will only be visible if you're close enough to see the particle effect, so flying isn't that useful. I'd recommend either using the W.H.A.T V2 or -if you're high enough level and able to kill the mobs, the track harvesting ability found in your Tradeskill Prestige.
