Equip Truth Extractor (helm)
Maldreya Darkheart patrols the front and back halls inside the Temple of War. Speak to her away from other NPCs; the stairs are a good spot. If you are spotted attacking her, then you are expelled from the building.
Reduce Maldreya's health to 25% or less and use the Truth Extractor on her. If she dies too fast, chronomentor to lvl 60.
Speak to Rusty
Speak to Foci Tamara Paust in the basement of The Academy of Arcane Science
Return to where you killed Maldreya and speak to her.
The next quest (Agent of Rage) continues in the back room with the humming sigil in it.
