Because these must be crafted in Twark, and the required Abyssal Pelts and Thalumbral Roots cannot be harvested in Obulus Frontier, bring the following (minimum) supplies:

4 Chokidai Droppings - found at , near Twark.
12 Thalumbral root
12 Abyssal pelt
20 Thaumic Coal

Steps

I can gather chokidai droppings near the small iksar bandit encampment across the river to the southwest
- Gather chokidai droppings (4)
  - These can be found in the area around Warslik Wood near
I should be able to use a goblin workbench to bag the fertilizer ( 72, -164, -722 )
- Mix and bag the fertilizer (4)
Lyraquel can be found in Nye'Caelona
- Deliver the bags of fertilizer to Lyraquel
Oogthor is in the main gobline encampment of Twark
- Deliver the payment back to Oogthor
