Although we've found evidence of ratonga assisting Qeynos in the past, what we have isn't likely to be enough to convince many Qeynosian citizens of our sincere desire to help the city and those who live there. Tilla has a couple of ideas on what we could do to help some of the citizens of Qeynos, and maybe help to win over those who might still view us with a suspicious eye.
There was a horrific explosion at the Concordium Tower, and I raced over to discover its cause. I was able to defeat the necromancer I found there, and went to Starcrest Commune to help destroy what research I could find there. However, I found myself in trouble with the guard afterward, threatening me with imprisonment! Queen Antonia herself entered, and after a brief exchange, we found out that work of loyal ratongas in the past was overlooked by city officials. Now, however, that era is over, and the ratonga can look forward to acceptance in the city of Qeynos.
I need to speak with Blint Tizzlespring in Baubbleshire, and see if I can help them out there.

Find the secret entrance to Starcrest Commune
I was able to stop the necromancer's attack on the Concordium Tower, but I still need to do more to keep her dark art from taking hold in Qeynos.
I need to seek out and destroy the study materials and research of the necromancers in Starcrest Commune.
Destroy the study materials from the Portal Guardians
Destroy the Necromantic Research
I was able to destroy the materials that I found.
I should return to Cippin and report my success in Starcrest Commune.
Return to Cippin

Return to Tilla
I was able to help out the citizens of Qeynos, in the best way a ratonga knows how.
