Steps

Go to Stonehoof Badlands in Jarsath Wastes and hail the Skeleton of Yasva V'Alear (by Kylong Plains post, on the last ruins near the Fort)
Kill the mobs in the following order:
Return to the Skeleton of Yasva V'Alear in Stonehoof Badlands (Jarsath Wastes) to claim your Mythic weapon.
