Walkthrough

Steps

Kill 4 Bloodskull tower guards near .
Collect the Bloodskull standing orders on the ground near one of the guards. Keep killing guards until it drops. The drop isn't from a chest or from a corpse, rather an object that might spawn at the feet of the tower guards upon their death.
Return to Rainus Canton.
