Prerequisites

This quest scales with level. Prior to level 80, the reward is the title and the faction with the Seafury Buccaneers, no chest piece.

Steps

Speak to Nellin Jessith above the Scale Yard gate
Speak to Lieutenant Dalling on the second floor of The Freeport Militia House
Speak to Nellin Jessith
Enter Scale Yard: The Uprising :
- Kill 6 rioting prisoners (even con)
- Kill the 3 riot leaders (even level, double down):
  - Skilly Blocksocket
  - Tuluug
  - Velino T'Leik
Speak to Nellin Jessith in Freeport
Speak to Captain Siren
Speak to Harn Greyrick at the door to Champion's Coliseum
Use the portal in Overlord's Plaza
Speak with Captain Siren
