I found a barnacle covered chest off the Seamist Coast of the Enchanted Lands. It appears to be magically locked and requires four specific sea seashells to open. There was a symbol of an eye hinting of the seashell owners.
I found the four seashells needed to open the barnacled chest from the fog grimmin watchers. Inside I found trinkets only an undersea creature could desire. I did also manage to find a few valuables.
